The MNTO is expanding its partnerships in Madrid

Adel El Fakir, Director General of MNTO, and his teams are taking an offensive stance on all fronts.
Multiple agreements and conventions have been signed with Iberian and Latin American operators.
Unprecedented actions, notably in maritime transport.

On the sidelines of the Fitur exhibition, taking place from January 24 to 28, 2024, in Madrid, the Moroccan National Tourism Office (MNTO) has established two record partnerships. The first involves the leading tour operator Avoris with strong growth ambitions from the Iberian Peninsula. The group commits to a massive deployment of its entire brand portfolio, aiming to reach 70,000 clients by 2027. The group also plans to launch the Dakhla destination by 2025, introducing a flight through its airline, Iberojet.

The second partnership has been ratified with the consortium of tour operators, Travelance, comprising several independent Spanish operators, primarily Europa Mundo Vacaciones, Soltour, and Luxotour. The goal is to create synergy to drive momentum and support independent travel agencies in boosting their sales. MNTO and Travelance have agreed to organize the Mega Convention of the group in Tangier in 2024.

A significant development: MNTO has tackled the connectivity of the Moroccan destination through maritime companies. In this regard, Adel El Fakir, Director General of MNTO, and Adolf Uter, President of Baleària, have forged a groundbreaking partnership aimed at increasing the flow of Spanish tourists to Morocco, leveraging Baleària’s expertise in maritime passenger transport. This partnership aims to implement a multimedia communication plan by MNTO and Baleària in the Spanish market to boost sales to Morocco, particularly outside the summer season, and develop new maritime routes from Malaga and Tarifa to the ports of Tangier.

MNTO relies on the sales expertise of Baleària to provide necessary training on the Moroccan product, with the goal of boosting stays in the Kingdom through the maritime company’s sales network.

In Portugal, MNTO has partnered with the two largest Lusophone tour operators, Abreu & Newtour, to establish two charter flights per week from Lisbon to Al Hoceima, two flights per week from Lisbon to Agadir, and three flights per week from Lisbon and Porto to Nador/Marchica and Saïdia. With the deployment of seven flights per week, the group aims to double the number of clients to Saïdia, Al Hoceima, and Agadir.

This collaboration will place Morocco among the top 3 summer destinations for both operators. The signing of the agreement was also an opportunity to award Morocco the trophy for the « Best International Destination, » presented by the President of the GEA Group, Stefan Klebert, to Adel El Fakir, Director General of MNTO.

Additionally, Adel El Fakir and his teams held numerous meetings with key players in the Iberian and Latin American markets, including airlines such as Binter, Vueling, Iberia Express, and Azul (Brazil). They also connected with travel distributors like Grupo El Corté Inglès, Abreu and Destinia, strategic partners for the sector.

على هامس المعرض الدولي للسياحة « Fitur » المنظم من 24 إلى 28 يناير 2024 بالعاصمة الإسبانية، مدريد، أبرم المكتب الوطني المغربي للسياحة، اتفاقي شراكة قياسيين، يتعلق أولهما بالاتفاق المبرم مع مجموعة تنظيم الرحلات والأسفار أفوريس « AVoris »، الذي يحفل بطموحات نمو وفيرة انطلاقا من شبه الجزيرة الإيبرية صوب المغرب. وتتعهد المجموعة، أفوريس، بموجب هذا الاتفاق بالعمل بشكل مكثف على تسخير كامل محفظة علامتها لاستقطاب زهاء 70.000 زبون بحلول العام 2027. كما تسعى نفس المجموعة إلى إطلاق رحلات صوب وجهة الداخلة ابتداء من سنة 2025 مع تنظيم رحلة جوية بواسطة شركة إيبروجيت « Iberojet » التابعة لها

أما فيما يتعلق بالاتفاق الثاني المبرم مع مجموعة تنظيم الرحلات والأسفار ترافيلانس « Travelance »، التي تضم العديد من الفاعلين الإسبان المستقلين، وعلى رأسهم منظمي الرحلات والأسفار أروبا موندو فاكاسيونيس « Europa Mundo Vacaiones » وسولتوريت لوكسوتور « Soltouret Luxotour ». ويتلخص الهدف المتوخى من إبرام هذا الاتفاق في التعاون من أجل خلق دينامية مشتركة ومواكبة وكالات الأسفار المستقلة في الرفع من مبيعاتها. كما اتفق كل من المكتب الوطني المغربي للسياحة ومجموعة ترافلانس على تنظيم المؤتمر الكبير للمجموعة بمدينة طنجة في غضون السنة الجارية 2024

هذا، ويتجلى المستجد الأهم بمشاركة المكتب الوطني المغربي للسياحة في هذا المعرض الدولي بالعمل على ربط وجهة المغرب عبر شركات الرحلات البحرية. ففي هذا الصدد، وقع كل من عادل الفقير، مدير عام المكتب الوطني المغربي للسياحة، رفقة أدولف أوتير، رئيس شركة باليريا، على اتفاق فريد من نوعه ينص على مضاعفة تدفقات السياح الوافدين على المغرب عبر الاستعانة بما راكمته شركة باليريا من تجارب وخبرات بمجال النقل البحري للمسافرين. كما تروم نفس الشراكة العمل على إعداد وبلورة مخطط عمل للترويج والتواصل متعدد القنوات والوسائط الإشهارية ما بين المكتب الوطني المغربي للسياحة والسوق الإسباني بهدف الدفع بالمبيعات نحو المغرب وخاصة خارج فصل الصيف والعطل الموسمية مع العمل سويا على فتح خطوط ورحلات بحرية جديدة انطلاقا من مالقا وطاريفا نحو موانئ طنجة

ومن جانب آخر، يعتزم المكتب الوطني المغربي للسياحة الاعتماد على قوى البيع لدى شركة باليريا للمساعدة في تنظيم التكوينات الضرورية للبيع وتلقينها لنظرائهم المغاربة، بغية الرفع من مبيعات الإقامة بالمملكة المغربية عبر شبكة البيع التابعة لشركة باليريا

أما فيما يتعلق بالبرتغال، فقد أبرم المكتب الوطني المغربي للسياحة اتفاقيات شراكة مع اثنين من كبريات مجموعات الأسفار والرحلات، لوزوفون أبرو Luxophones Abreu و نيوتور Newtour، لتنظيم رحلتين اثنتين بكلفة منخفضة انطلاقا من لشبونة في اتجاه الحسيمة ورحلتين اثنتين في الأسبوع انطلاقا من لشبونة صوب أكادير وثلاث رحلات في الأسبوع من لشبونة وبورطو نحو الناظور/مارشيكا والسعيدية. وبفضل هذا الإجراء، الذي يتضمن سبعة رحلات في الأسبوع، تكون المجموعة قد سعت إلى مضاعفة عدد زبنائها نحو كل من السعيدية، الحسيمة وأكادير

كما تأتي نفس الشراكة لتضع المغرب ضمن الثلاث وجهات الأولى في موسم الصيف بالنسبة لهاتين الشركتين. وقد شكل التوقيع على هذا الاتفاق مناسبة لتكريم المغرب، بمنحه جائزة « أفضل وجهة دولية » التي استلمها عادل الفقير، مدير عام المكتب الوطني المغربي للسياحة، من أيدي رئيس مجموعة GEA ستيفان كليبير

إضافة إلى كل ذلك، وعلى هامش هذا المعرض الدولي، كانت لعادل الفقير والفرق المرافقة له لقاءات عدة مع العديد من الفاعلين الرئيسيين بالأسواق الإيبرية واللاتينو أمريكية امثال شركات الطيران بينتر Binter، فيولينغ، إيبريا إكسبريس وأزول Iberia Express & Azul (البرازيل) علاوة على بعض من موزعي الأسفار، أمثال مجموعة فياخيس إلكورتي Grupo viajes El Corté Inglés، أبرو وديستينيا Abreu & Destinia، في أفق العمل مستقبلا على إبرام شراكات إستراتيجية بالقطاع السياحي

Des actions inédites notamment sur le transport maritime.

En marge du salon Fitur qui se déroule du 24 au 28 janvier 2024 à Madrid, l’Office National Marocain du Tourisme a noué deux partenariats records, le premier concerne le TO leader Avoris avec de fortes ambitions de croissance au départ de la péninsule ibérique. Le groupe s’engage au déploiement massif de tout son portefeuille de Marque en vu d’atteindre les 70.000 clients à horizon 2027. Le groupe projette également de lancer la destination Dakhla dès 2025 avec la mise en place d’un vol à travers sa compagnie Iberojet.

Le second partenariat a été ratifié avec le groupement de tour-opérateurs Travelance, formé de plusieurs opérateurs espagnols indépendants dont principalement les Tours Opérateurs Europa Mundo Vacaciones, Soltour et Luxotour. Objectif : créer une synergie pour impulser une dynamique et accompagner les agences de voyages indépendantes a booster leur vente. L’ONMT et le groupement Travelance se sont accordés à organiser la Méga Convention du groupe à Tanger courant 2024.

Grande nouveauté, l’ONMT s’est attaqué à la connectivité de la destination Maroc via les compagnies maritimes. C’est dans ce sens, qu’Adel El Fakir, DG de l’ONMT et Adolf Uter, Président de Baleària, ont scellé un partenariat inédit visant à accroitre les flux des touristes espagnols vers le Maroc en s’appuyant sur l’expertise de Baleària dans le transport maritime des passagers. Ce partenariat vise à mettre en place un plan de communication pluri-média ONMT-Baleària sur le marché espagnol visant à pousser à la hausse les ventes vers le Maroc et spécifiquement hors saison estivale et le développement de nouvelles routes maritimes au départ de Malaga et de Tarifa vers les ports de Tanger.

L’ONMT compte sur l’expertise de la force de vente de Baleària pour mettre en place les formations nécessaires sur le produit Maroc et ce, pour augmenter la vente des séjours vers le Royaume via le réseau de vente de la compagnie maritime.

Sur le Portugal, l’ONMT a conclu des partenariats avec les deux plus grands tour-opérateurs lusophones Abreu & Newtour pour la mise en place de deux vols charter par semaine de Lisbonne vers Al Hoceima et deux vols par semaine de Lisbonne vers Agadir et trois vols semaine de Lisbonne et porto pour Nador/Marchica et Saïdia. Grâce à ce déploiement, avec sept vols par semaine, le groupe a comme objectif de doubler le nombre de clients vers Saïdia, Al Hoceima et Agadir.

Ce partenariat placera le Maroc dans le top 3 des destinations d’été des deux opérateurs. La signature de cet accord a été l’occasion de décerner au Maroc, le trophée de la « Meilleure Destination Internationale » remis par le président du groupe GEA Stefan Klebert à Adel El Fakir, DG de l’ONMT.

Adel el Fakir et ses équipes ont également fait plusieurs rencontres avec les acteurs majeurs des marchés ibériques et latino-américains comme les compagnies aériennes Binter, Vueling, Iberia Express et azul (Brésil) ou encore côté distributeurs de voyages, Grupo viajes El Corté Inglès, Abreu et Destinia, des partenaires stratégiques pour le secteur.
